There is another main gate called the ‘Hozomon gate’ before the main hall. A little further from the gate is a 5-story pagoda, which is always crowded with tourists and many worshippers. Although the temple is open 24 hours a day, the main hall is open from 6 am to 5 pm. But tourists can visit here at any time of the morning or night. Some come here for private sightseeing and photography at night because of fewer crowds. Different types of festivals are organized in this temple throughout the year.
